We are pleased to be working with Vanessa Morgan of Morgan Hale consultancy to bring you this unique workshop.
Drawing on our own experience of writing SARs over the last 10 years along with Vanessa’s experience as an Estyn Additional Inspector, we are bringing a hands on, interactive workshop that will help develop understanding of the new Estyn Common Inspection Framework and skills of writing evaluatively.
- Interpreting the Common Inspection Framework – the differences between the inspection areas and the actual meanings of the judgements
- Using data analysis for quality improvement – what does all the data mean and how should it be used
- Writing an evaluative SAR – moving away from descriptive to evaluative
- Writing a SMART Quality Improvement Plan – that has impact on the ground
Who should attend?
Anyone with responsibility in writing the self-assessment report – quality manager, head of department, sub-contractor etc
This workshop will be held on Tuesday 27th November at the Media Resource Centre, Llandrindod Wells. The cost is £99 + VAT. *Places are limited*.
