We have a wide range of solutions we’ve already provided for clients, some examples are below:
Between one and two hours that you can use as part of staff development days. These quick, punchy workshops focus developing one particular skill are of knowledge so to ensure
For example – We created a two hour workshop that explored the differences between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, and how to tap into a learner’s intrinsic motivation to help find their inner drive to progress and succeed. We used group discussions and activities to hep practitioners explore their own motivations and how to switch from extrinsic to intrinsic motivation.
Half Day Workshops
Three hour workshops that go into more depth on a topic and allow delegates to reflect on their own practice and apply the learning to their own contexts.
For example, we developed a Challenging Stereotypes workshop for tutors and trainers from Rathbone Training and Ysgol Hen Felin Training Centre. This included how to have challenging conversations with learners and awareness raising of some of the key issues that tutors may have to challenge.
Full Day Workshops
These workshops encourage a lot of reflection, group work and discussion to enable delegates to actively engage in the workshop, raise self awareness of their practices and make the necessary improvements.
For example, we delivered ‘Do Something Different’ course for training staff at a large provider which explored how learning happens, the importance of curiosity in learning, the importance of experiential and project based learning and the impact this has on the learners. This was an interactive and fun workshop that inspired its delegates to change their methods of delivery with groups of learners.
