Course content

This 1.5 hour workshop is aimed at apprentices, college students, traineeships or JGW+ learners. It provides an overview of mental health and wellbeing, and importantly provides practical tools, techniques for managing own mental health and wellbeing, and signposts to organisations where they can find further help.
