I thoroughly enjoyed working through the L & D Apprenticeship. It was planned out very well from the offset and enabled me to embed the learning in to my day to day work. Due to COVID and the restrictions I did think it would be tough to do, however with the remote learning and ease of jumping on a call to speak with someone or being able to access sessions remotely it was made 100% easier. I have to admit whenever I had a question or had to ask for something to support me it was never too much and even the silly questions I asked were always responded to promptly and sufficiently.
There was 2 things I have really digested and taken away from the training, the first being reflection. I have learnt the importance of refection and the methods of reflecting, which has now made a change in my approach and the way I reflect on things I have done and then plan for the future. The second thing I learn was regarding the learners and the different ways in which each person learns. I have learnt to adapt my sessions to learners needs which is definitely going to aid and help my learners develop much better and hopefully much more enjoyably to.
I would highly recommend this to anyone within a post where they are teaching or have a set of learners, it really has opened my eyes up and allowed me to see small changes that can make a big difference. Panda Education and Training provided excellent training and support to over 30 Coleg y Cymoedd Work Based Learning Assessors.
The session was bespoke to our needs and addressed setting work based literacy and numeracy smart targets.

The best training provider I have ever used.
I thoroughly enjoyed my training, it was made very interesting and looked forward to each session. I started off going to workshops but had to stop due to the covid19 but Panda Education adapted the sessions fantastically through these difficult times and delivered the training digitally so I could carry on the training from home.
