About this course

Take your first steps as a trainer with our Agored Cymru Level 2 Train the Trainer qualification. This qualification is for those new into the role of a trainer. It is delivered over 4 half day workshops plus a 20 minute micro-teach. The course will enable you to:

Adapt your training sessions to make them suitable for different learners
Make learning fun and impactful,
Use different methods of assessment to check whether learning has take place.

Who?

Our Train the Trainer course is designed for practitioners who are new to the field of learning and development or have learning and development as part of their job role e.g. team leaders, HR officers. It is also suitable for assessors who wish to enhance their assessor qualification.
