Planning and Feedback for Learner Achievement

Very useful training and has helped me planning targets, setting targets, how all this benefit’s the learner and even down to how I set up a room to engage them! u003cbru003e 

It has given me a more comprehensive understanding of the planning process, some useful tips and tools for supporting learners to progress and stay motivated, and how motivation works that I can use to support individuals who are less intrinsically motivated

I feel that this course made me re-evaluate how I approach the Learners and how I can support them to build a long-term goal using smaller goals to allow them to understand how they are progressing as they learn and gain an understanding of their role. I feel that the skills and tools I have gained through this course will allow me to become a better assessor for me learners and someone that they feel confident coming to and working with while they complete their qualification
