Rachel has worked in Work Based Learning for over 20 years, in the roles of assessor, IQA, Training & Development Manager, and Quality Director. Rachel is passionate about raising standards of vocational education and co-founded Panda Education and Training Ltd in 2016 to help raise standards in this sector. Rachel is a purple belt in karate and is known as the “Kung-Fu Panda”!
