We provide a range of accredited courses and non-accredited workshops, delivered by our experienced, qualified staff.

We have developed a range of workshops to help tutors, trainers and assessors improve their their skills, and confidence in delivering work-based, vocational, technical and community education. These also link directly to the Professional Standards for the sector.

Bespoke Skills Development Workshops

At Panda we believe that giving delivery staff the key skills and knowledge to support and develop their own learners is the key to quality provision. Whether you’re a tutor, trainer, assessor, lecturer, learning coach or learning facilitator; being able to support and engage your learners to help them progress and succeed is so important.

We use our expertise in learning and development and mental health to create bespoke training that can help staff become the best they can be, in a time frame that is suited to the organisation’s needs.

We tailor courses to address the specific requirements of practitioners, some of the most popular bespoke workshops include:

• Supporting your learner’s wellbeing – skills for tutors and assessor on how to support their learners made bespoke for ACT Ltd, Cardiff and Vale College and Gwent Partnership (ACL)
• Enabling practitioners to provide inclusive learning – through sessions on ADHD, neurodiversity, disability awareness and using digital tools.
• Take Your Training Online – giving practitioners the confidence to develop their teaching and training online e.g Zoom/Teams / Google and digital tools e.g. Menti, Quizalise, Google tools to create engaging sessions for learners made bespoke for Adult Community Learning
